• $1,000.00 Platinum sponsors:  Full page ad (5 X 7 1/2 inch ad) in a premium location of the program book, plus two VIP Reception/Dinner tickets for September 16 Focus on Life Dinner

• $500.00 Gold sponsors: Full page ad (5 X 7 ½ inch ad)

• $250.00 Silver sponsors: Half-page ad (5 X 3 ½ inch ad)

• $100.00 Bronze sponsors: Business card size ad

• $50.00   Patron.  Patron listing in the dinner program.
