Travel with us to Lansing - Four Bus Locations Available in Macomb County

Macomb County affiliates of Right to Life of Michigan have chartered four Silver Sand Coach buses to take marchers to the Michigan March for Life in Lansing on November 6.   Bus departure locations are located in Clinton Township, Eastpointe, Shelby Township, and Sterling Heights.  Select your desired location below to register.


$20.00 Adult

$10.00 Minors (17 and under) - must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult chaperone

November 6 March for Life Frequently Asked Questions

10:00 Pre-Rally Concert in front of Michigan state capitol building., featuring Premier Effect. a band with seasoned independent musicians from Michigan.


11:00  Rally in front of Michigan state capitol building.   Speakers include:

NOON March from the capitol to the Hall of Justice and back.  The march is a little over a mile on smooth, level ground.  Wheelchairs and strollers can be used during the march.



There is a bathroom on the Silver Sand buses, which may be used on the trip to and from Lansing.


Portable toilets will be available at he rally location.  See the Rally and March map below for their locations.



 

  • Arrive at your bus departure location by 7:30 A.M.  We will leave promptly at 8:00 A.M.
  • We will travel in a Silver Sand charter bus with an onboard bathroom. Seating is first-come, first-served.
  • The pre-rally, rally, and the march are outdoor events.  Watch the weather reports and dress accordingly.  Wear comfortable shoes - participants will stand during the rally and walk about 1.2 miles during the march around the state capitol.
  • Water and snacks will be provided.  Bring a lunch for the return trip in a small private cooler or container small enough to fit under the seat in front of you.  There won't be an opportunity to buy food in the Lansing area.
  • You may bring a stroller or folding wheelchair, if needed.  They will be stored in the luggage compartment under the bus during the trip to and from Lansing.
  • If bringing an infant or toddler, bring a car seat or booster seat with you and buckle it on the seat next to you.  You must purchase a ticket for infants and toddlers.  
  • RTL Macomb County Northwest is not responsible for your personal items (bags, electronic devices, umbrellas, etc.). You will not be able to access belongings left on the bus during the Rally and March for Life.
  • We will take a collection for the tip for the bus driver.

Michigan March for Life has published a list of all the bus locations throughout the state at https://marchforlife.org/mi-bus-2/  .   Note:  The list is not alphabetized, so you might have to scroll around to find a location near you.


Right to Life Lifespan is chartering buses for the Michigan March for Life at several locations in the metropolitan Detroit area.  Their registration website is at https://righttolifelifespan.regfox.com/lifespan-michigan-march-for-life-bus-trip .


The Pre-Rally Concert and Rally will be held in front of the Michigan state capitol building.  The map route is posted at https://marchforlife.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/MI-Map-Website-1-scaled.png .  We have also posted the map on this web page below.



Every minor traveling on our bus must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult chaperone.  Permission slip for our Clinton Twp or Sterling Heights buses is located below the FAQ section.


Hand made signs are encouraged.  You can store your sign in the bus baggage area on the way to the march.  We will also be providing signs for marchers on the buses.
